There is no big wonder about vegetarian to lower the high blood pressure.
But there are some issues that have to be taken into consideration about the vegetarian diet.

Increasing the fiber content in your diet (wholemeal bread, fruit and vegetables) helps to lower the level of fats you take - hence, this helps to reduce cholesterol in your foods which is very important for getting into control of high blood pressure problems.
